Michael Fred Phelps II
Michael Phelps was born on June 30 1985. He was born in America and became famous for his incredible wins during his career. Michael has managed to win an incredible 22 medals in just three Olympic events. He also holds the world record for the most gold medals won in the Olympics, his record stands at 18 gold medals, which is double the amount than athlete in second place. He also holds the record for the most medals with individual events and the most ardent it medals for male individual events. The athlete broke the record for most wins in a single one of big events by taking eight gold medals in the Beijing games in 2008. In 2012 he managed four gold medals and two silver medals during the summer Olympics in London. This makes him the most successful athletes for three consecutive Olympic events.
Ryan Steven Lochte
Ryan is a competitor and was born in New York on August 3rd, 1984. The athlete is best known for his achievements in the Olympics where he has received an incredible 11 medals. Among these medals, he has received five gold, three silver and three bronze. Ryan also holds four 200m freestyle relay world records for long course, he is also currently the world record holder for 100m individual medley, 200m individual medley long and short courses as well as 400m short course individual medley. The athlete has earned the American swimmer of the year award as well as wilds from of the year award twice. The FINA some of the year reward has also been granted to the athlete three times.
Up to this point the athlete has received an incredible 89 medals in major worldwide competitions. These medals include 53 gold, 22 silver and 14 bronze. The swimmer is most well-known for backstroke and medley, but has also been seen reaching incredible times with butterfly and freestyle.
Cesar Cielo Filho
Cesar was born in Bristol on January 10th, 1987. He is a competitive swimmer that attends championships worldwide. The athlete has managed to win three Olympic medals, and amazing six world champion gold medals and responsible for breaking two world records.
World records include 100m and 50m long course freestyle. To date he is the only Brazilian swimmer that has achieved a gold medal in swimming for his country.
